as所在句子的主从句的主语是否要相同？
as所在句的延续性动词为什么不用be doing?
第4句对吗？为什么不用be doing? while可以换as吗？

as所在句的延续性动词为什么不用be doing? （只要两个动作延续就行，可以不用进行体）
