Whatever happens in Iowa, the results of today's primaries in New Hampshire will give the winners momentum going into the next contests in the weeks ahead.
Whatever happens in Iowa, the results of today's primaries in New Hampshire will give the winners momentum (in) going into the next contests in the weeks ahead.
类似于have diffculty (in) doing sth, be busy (in) doing sth, waste time (in) doing sth.
Then we will have the momentum to fight the big fight again in 2016.
Then we will have the momentum (in) fighting the big fight again in 2016.
