关于特殊疑问句中what后是否接名词的习惯问题

请教各位老师：what nationality are you = what is your nationality；而 what is your name ≠ what name are you? 这种情况有什么规律的吗？什么情况下 what 后面可以加名词？什么情况下不可以加名词？谢谢！

可能没有什么规律。应该根据名词用法决定，至于哪些名词可以这样用，应该查词典。例如：
What colour is it? = What is the colour of it? 这是什么颜色的？
What is the price of the car? = What price is the car? 这辆车是什么价？
