副词接that从句疑问，不应该是形容词吗？

It为形式主语，is quite clear是系表结构作谓语，that he has read the book是名词性从句作真正的主语。句意：很明显，他已经读过这本书。又如：

It's clear that George Washington did not marry for love. 很显然，乔治·华盛顿不是因为爱而结婚。
