可以。意思基本相同，不过第一句表示强烈的厌恶，不满等情绪。当你表达类似意思时，可用这种双重属格结构：

That son of yours is naughty.

This child of hers is foolish.

That second question of yours is very embarrassing.

说明：这种用法属于强调主语。所以主语名词前必须用指示代词 that 或 this，不能用 the。
