请问老师，这句话that是引导了定语从句吗？因为这个emerge with movement我想不明白，所以这句话没弄懂什么意思。emerge with没有查到意思，这好像也不是一个固定搭配呀？而且上文也没讲movement，这里出现一个movement我也搞不明白了，所以想请教老师。
