本问题比较长，希望能够得到老师的耐心解答（公式1）

我想用英语表达公式中的字母含义，我目前的英语知识可以表达的程度如下

Where S is the soil salt content, kg; ρ is soil bulk density, g/cm³;θis soil mositure content; V is calculated volume;V =L×H×B; L is the calculated length, take 100cm, H is the depth of soil layer, take 10 cm, and B is the calculated width, take 55cm, 25cm, 30cm，respectively.

我不确定后面加黑部分是否正确，疑问是take可以这样使用吗？是否需要使用其它形式?

在take 100cm和take 10cm后加分号是不是更好？
