run + adj.（low）：这显然是系表结构。跟描写物品属性的“主动表被动” 无关。其实，这是一个时态问题。be 动词以外的其他系动词，在句中照常有时态的要求。

run 属于表示“变化意义” 的系动词。本句的错误在于用了一般现在时。因为一般现在时用在这里毫无意义，谁的手机充一次电，就能使用一辈子？所以手机经常充电是客观的现象，不需要说明的，所以错误！这里，应该使用现在进行时，表示此时此刻的情况，所以就有了下文，需要充电。
