英语中's只能是is和has的缩写，这里的三个's却应该是was的缩写，是不是错了？

其中she was lost 的lost是形容词吧，构成主系表而15 pounds是系表结构的宾语，这样说对吗？

She's dirty, she's collapsed, she's lost 15 pounds.

= She is dirty, she has collapsed, she has lost 15 pounds.

's不可能是was. 句中的这种形式应该按照“历史性现在”理解，为了达到“生动、栩栩如生”的效果而突然改用现在时。这样读者眼前似乎就出现了一幅画面。
