网友务必注意大小写。不是句子，仅是词组，不要随便大写。对以下独立主格结构的判断：

her work done （正）

her work being done （正）

an important lecture to be given （结构正确，但没有合适的语境）

an important lecture being to be given （误）

The kid feels excited with so many places of interest to visit.

句子正确，但不是“独立主格结构”，也不是“ with 复合结构”。而是普通的 with 介词短语。只是在名词后面接了一个不定式作定语而已。因为 so many places of interest 和 visit，不存在逻辑上的主谓关系，而是动宾关系。只有逻辑上的主谓关系，才称得上“ with 复合结构”。

The kid feels excited with so many places of interest being to visit. （误）
