just as 可以译为“（也）同样”。如：
We all need regular exercise, but a healthy diet is just as important. 我们都需要有规律的锻炼，但是健康的饮食也同样重要。（摘自《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》p.99）
赞同刘老师的解答。其实这就是as...as结构的省略形式，后一个as结构在意义很清楚的情况下常可省略。又如：
He worked just as hard (as anyone). 他（和所有人）一样非常努力。
Exercise is just as important to health (as good food). 锻炼（与合理膳食）对健康一样重要。
▲黎老师给的例句也可以这样修改：
A healthy diet is just as important (as regular exercise).
