thand的省略问题

1, The boy is more clever than we expected.

3, The boy is more clever than expected.

老师这3句是不是都对。最后一个than expected能解析下结构吗？

以下三个句子都是正确的。比较分句省略了that从句（that从句结构可从主句获知）。

1, The boy is more clever than we expected.

= The boy is more clever than we expected that he would be.

2, The boy is more clever than was expected.

= The boy is more clever than it was expected that he would be,

3, The boy is more clever than expected.

本句与第二句相同，只不过省略了was.

= The boy is more clever than it was expected that he would be,
