and是多余的吗（and to run pumps）

There is electricity in our house and to run pumps.

这里为什么有and呢？去掉and不也是可以的嘛？

and 确实多余，删去。把 in our house 换换位置，就很明显了：

There is electricity in our house to run pumps.

In our house there is electricity to run pumps.

There is electricity to run pumps in our house.
