have 表示“有；存在” 之意时，不用进行体。同样，作定语时也不能用现在分词 having。如改为定语从句则太啰嗦，不可取。

正常的表达应为：

There are garbage cans in some places.

Some places have garbage cans.

some 出现一次即可，不要用两次，以避免重复。
