情态动词 will， 在这里表示“推测”（注：是说话人对某事发生的可能性推测，不是句子主语自己的推测）。其推测的程度次于must，有时候跟 must 非常接近，但 will 的意域范围要宽一些。意思是：“大概，可能，将会，想必，一定，必定”。网友的句子，will 可以理解为“会；可能会”。

Similarly, learners' lifestyles will partly determine how they should study. Full-time workers are simply unable to attend classes on a daily basis.

同样，学习者（学生）的生活方式会在一定程度上决定他们该如何学习。全职工人根本无法每天都上课学习。

又如：

This will be the book you are looking for, I think. 我想这可能是你要找的书。

That will be an insect. 那可能是只昆虫。

You will fail if you don't work hard. 你不努力就必定要失败。

Man will die without air. 没有空气，人注定要死亡。

You will regret if you waste your time. 浪费时间，你一定会后悔的。

我的看法：

1、3 没有本质的区别，原因是所说及的事物本身很难有什么区别，都很客观。

但用will, 多少掺杂代表话者自己的主观因素在里面，表看法，但谈不上是推测。

即：1& 3 都是对某些现象的观察与看法。

句子1，侧重是作者/说话者自己的观察，其看法是比较确定的，等于是做陈述。

句子3，简单点讲，是“大家”的观察，客观就是这样，大家都知道，是陈述事实。

2&4同理。

再如，

A: Oops! Don't add bleach to that load of colored clothes you're going to wash.
B: Why not?
A: If you add bleach to colored clothes, the colors run. You'll have to buy all new clothes!

这个run, 也可以用will run,  

说话者A不用will, 说明她认为这个这个不用说，是普遍真理。

如果说话者A用了will,  表明她想说的是，她每次看到的现象都如此。

正因为如此，就可以有下面的对话：

A: Somebody once told me that if you drop a tooth into a bottle of Coke, it'll dissolve after a couple of days.
B: It will? Really? Wow!
