请问为什么problem表泛指，“problem”不是应该特指在翻译中的吗？ interference 为不可数名词，为什么能用the？

在翻译过程中，不止一个问题的，所以这一空要用a 

比如前几天，我给一个提问网友改他/她的翻译，The main function of rules are responsible for children's beheviour from a young age.  我给其指出，responsible for children's beheviour 是 ... 对孩子的行为负责，但其理解不了。

另一位网友给其的修改是，The main function of rules is to be responsible for the behavior of children from a young age. --- 错误依然。 如果我给这位网友再修改，也许会是这样：The main function of rules is to teach children to be responsible from a very young age. 

也就是，翻译过程会有很多的问题，如理解问题、文字使用问题、表达形式问题，等等等等，问题不会是一个的，第一空用 a，表其中一个。
