that 用法疑问

That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;

中文意思确实可以脑补，但是仔细分析结构则么都搞不懂，这个that在干嘛？

a maiden whom you may know lived there .. 很通顺啊。。要that 干嘛呢？

1. 分裂句（强调句） It was ... that

2. there lived a maiden whom...

词序被调整为，a maiden there lived whom

应该是作者从韵律方面的考虑
