请问：这里为什么选B，不可以D呢？despite of也有尽管的意思吧？谢谢老师们帮助。

you disagree with her 是个含有主谓结构的从句，只能用连词引导，不能用介词引导。

Despite of 是短语介词，意思上跟连词 even if 相当，但在用法上却根本不同。如果一定要使用它，可以这样说：

Even if you disagree with her, her idea is still worth considering. =

Despite of the fact that you disagree with her, her idea is still worth considering.
