句意：他打电话要我们按计划出席会议。
句中的不定式为宾语补足语。
2. He phoned me to say the meeting would be postphoned.
句意：他给我打电话说会议将会被推迟。
句中的不定式为目的状语（给我打电话的目的是要说“会议将会被推迟”）。
