关于doing和to do

It's silly worrying about things which are out of your control. Nick is worried that He can't get promoted, but I think it's silly to worry about things which are out of his control. 那It's silly后面到底是接doing还是to do呢? 再进一步说的话,it's +adj后面是接doing还是to do呢?

It's silly worrying about things which are out of your control.

Nick is worried that He can't get promoted, but I think it's silly to worry about things which are out of his control.

It's silly of Nick to worry about...

Nick is silly to worry about...
