Behold The "great and unmatched wisdom" of President Donald Trump.

这个祈使句，貌似文章标题。The 跟引号部分按一个单词处理（引号内的所有单词都是小写，被The 统领。类似一个“绰号”）。这样，除了小品词 of 外，所有单词首字母均大写：

Behold The "great and unmatched wisdom" of President Donald Trump.
