老师，前面有数字给定范围了还可以用 others么？

不可以。前面有了数字范围，限定了人数。剩余部分应指“全部”，所以，用 the others。the 除了“特指”，还包含着“全部”。不过，原句全是逗号，不规范。改为：

There are fifty students in our class. Some are from the USA, （and）the others are from China.

可以，虽然前面有fifty，但是some“有些”是不具体的一些，所以后面也用不具体的others“另一些”。如果前面不是some而是具体的数字（如twenty-three），那么后面就用剩余的那些“the others”（twenty-seven）。
