请问老师，这种and的主谓一致题型，有没有具体的办法判断是否是同一个主语？

paul和后面单数的his决定了主语是一个人。这很容易判断的。谓语用单数。

My wife and secretary. 老婆兼秘书，为同一个人。

my wife and my secretary. 老婆和秘书，二个人。
