这个特殊疑问句，到了名词性从句中，就变成了间接疑问句。它可以充当各种从句。例如：

Who will attend the meeting? （特殊疑问句）

1. Who will attend the meeting has not been decided.（主语从句）

2. No one knows who will attend the meeting.（宾语从句）

3. My question is who will attend the meeting.（表语从句）

4. The question who will attend the meeting remains to be discussed.（同位语从句）

唯一不同的是，who 的称谓发生了变化（其实无关紧要）。在特殊疑问句中，叫“特殊疑问词”；在名词性从句中，叫“连接代词”。
