句子作同位语是否可以不用that引导(直接用逗号连接)

如：

I must tell you one thing, you won't make it without hard work.

是否可以这样表达，令逗号后面的句子作one thing的同位语？还是只能用that引导同位语从句？

不规范。书面语应该这样表示：

I must tell you one thing that you won't make it without hard work.

I must tell you one thing —— you won't make it without hard work.

I must tell you one thing, that is, you won't make it without hard work.
