complete 后面可以接动名词，不能接不定式作宾语。例如：

1. I completed writing a paper last Sunday. 我上周日写完了论文。（《外研社英汉多功能词典》complete）

2. I must complete writing the letter within an hour. 我一定要在一小时内写完信。 

3. His firm has just completed building a large chemical fertilizer factory. 他的公司刚刚建成了一座大型的化肥厂。 

[误] He has completed to repair the car.

[正] He has completed repairing the car. 他已修好汽车。
