1. the maximum of修饰的对象是consideration，还是可能被要求repay的担保责任金额，或者consideration中可能被要求repay的部分？

2. consideration和repay的准确含义。

背景：

甲转移其所有的某金融资产（如贷款）A给乙，收到转移对价（consideration，即作价、价款）x；转移时甲向乙提供担保：将来贷款到期时，如乙未能足额收回贷款本息，未能收回的部分y由甲向乙提供补偿、但补偿额最高不超过z。

疑惑：

1. the maximum of 紧跟的是consideration （以及received），而不是the amount the entity could be required to repay。但显然，这里前者是确定不变的，而后者是可变的、其最大值为z。

2. 文末括号里的 the guarantee amount，其一般含义及上文相关举例，都是指甲将来承担担保责任时需要偿付给乙的金额y，该金额理论上与资产转移时甲收到乙所付的资产的对价x没有直接关系。但文中repay好像意指：甲可能被要求归还的（原）收到的对价。

先谢了，感觉作为专业文献，用词、语序应该是非常严谨的、宁啰嗦不歧义。

按照语法，分析结构和修饰关系如下：
