这是一个完全倒装句。
当主语不是人称代词，谓语动词为不及物动词（即没有宾语）后接方位副词或地点状语时，如果为了突出主语，或者因为主语结构复杂，比较长。则将主语后移到句末而将方位副词或地点状语前置于句首，谓语动词其实原地没动。传统语法称此为完全倒装句，现代语法称此为主语后移。
把你的句子简化一下，用Two words作主语。
Two words would pot out.
Out would pot two words.
