非延续性的动词可以用完成时吗

请教专家,下面的句子对吗？

He has died three years ago.

在句中，动词用不用现在完成时，跟动词的属性无关。属性是指：动词是否及物、是否延续、静态与动态等。但不能跟明确的过去时间连用。

He has died three years ago.是错的。把 three years ago 去掉则为正确。

He has died three years ago.是错的。正确的句子应该是：

（1） He has died. 他已经去世了。

（2）He died three years ago. 他三年前去世了。/ 他已经去世三年了。

(3）It is three years since he died. 他已经去世三年了。（英国英语）

(4) It has been three years since he died. 他已经去世三年了。（美国英语）
