定语从句中there be句式省略there

定语从句：

This is the tall building，in front of which there is a boy.

可不可以改成:

This is the tall building，in front of which is a boy.

即将there省去定语从句就变成了地点状语置于句首用完全倒装，这样可以吗？

就比如：They arrived at the house ，in front of which sat a boy.

网友自己编的这三个句子，结构都正确，只是意思有些勉强，第三句时态也不合适。

定语从句的结构，判断如下：

This is the tall building，in front of which there is a boy. （there be 存在句）

This is the tall building，in front of which is a boy.（倒装句）

They arrived at the house，in front of which sat a boy.（倒装句）
