非谓语动词作后置定语用主动还是被动

请问下面三句哪句对，还是都对？

The best advice to give to her is that she should study hard.

The best advice to be given to her is that she should study hard.

The best advice given to her is that she should study hard.

请问这样的句子是该用不定式还是过去分词？如果用不定式，是用主动式还是被动式？

主语 The best advice 与动词 give 是动宾关系，所以 to be given to her 和 given to her 都是正确的。

The best advice to be given to her... (将要给她的最好的建议)

The best advice given to her... (已经给她的最好的建议)

to be given to her 表 “将来”；given to her 表 “完成”。又如：

the bridge being built 正在建造的桥（表示正在进行的动作）

the bridge to be built 将要建造的桥（表示将来的动作）

the bridge built 造好的桥（表示完成的动作）
