这个句子即使把have改为having，句子逻辑也有问题。

have sb do sth 中，have为使役动词，意为to tell or arrange for somebody to do something for。既然你计划抢劫银行，你为什么要tell或arrange警方来截获你的计划。而且抢一个银行，你用不止一个计划。这个句子语法和逻辑都有问题。没有讨论的价值。
