all the way to ...在这个句子中是定语吗

The road is clear all the way to the seaside.

请问，这里的all the way to the seaside是the road的定语吗？是否可以提前至the road后? The road all the way to the seaside is clear.

The road is clear （主系表）all the way to the seaside（状语）.

all the way 是名词词组，副词用法，作程度状语修饰 be clear。

后面的介词词组to the seaside 作way 的定语，表明 way 的朝向或距离。

单说 The road is clear all the way. 也讲得通。

我说一下自己的观点, 不一定对

我认为下面两个句子应该统筹考虑:

1, The road is clear all the way to B

2, The road is clear from a all the way to b

对于第2句来说，all the way，修饰的是to b，这个应该没有争议。

关于第1句: 虽然一般不说 The road is clear to b.

但我认为对于第2句合乎思维习惯的解释，应该是：由于all the way的出现, 使得to b可以作为状语了。

而且我觉得
the road is clear all the way不太对
The road is clear to seaside，这个是勉强对的,
甚至也可以把后边儿的状语提前To seaside, the road is clear
虽然有点不太地道，但是这个逻辑关系是对的。

all the way是《小猪佩琦》里的一句很常用的表达，多次出现。它的作用就是修饰后面的状语成分的。注意，此时的状语（介词短语）一定有动态含义（或多或少），而all the way仅仅是说话人强调路途很长，距离很长。

第三季中有

It comes all the way from South America. 去掉all the way就是这东西来自南美，加上后，就是强调路途很长，距离很长，用中文大白话说，就是这玩意从大老远的南美弄过来的。

It‘s got a picture of the moon all the way through the middle. 这张有月亮的照片可远至这玩意的中间部位（普通纪念品只把照片印刷在表面而已）

回到问题

The road is clear all the way to the seaside.

删除 all the way ，剩下 The road is clear to the seaside. 这条路到海边这段都是没有雪的（看到电视会知道这里指的是雪）

加上all the way ，强调这么长的一段路，都没雪，你可以畅通行驶！
