这句话很像是中国式英语，我觉得老外不会这样使用from…to…。至于from…to…作什么成分，我想把句子翻译一下就比较清楚了。原句翻译如下：比特币的推动将会指向许多可能的优势，从使用区块链跟踪非单一货币的能力，到对“智能合约”的嵌入式支持。
由于从…到…较长，放在了句子的最后，我们简化为从A到B。则句子可变为：比特币的推动将会指向从A到B的许多可能的优势。
摘录一下就是“从A到B的优势”，可见从…到…亦即from…to…结构是作定语。
