dance to music 和 dance to the music 都是可以的，这也是为什么备选答案中没有同时出现这两种选项的原因。没有理由肯定music是特指。如我们有时候说我们跟着那只曲子跳舞（特指），有时说我们跟着曲子跳舞（非特指），都是非常正常和正确的说法。
