为什么用零冠词？D项为什么错了？面包和黄油不是成对出现的名词吗？难道不能看成一个整体吗？

D应该不可以，因为bread不可数。个人认为其他三个选项语法上讲是没错的，只不过B项是固定搭配，习惯用法，答案选了B。这种题权威考试中不会出的。
