请问老师们hardly的同义词到底是almost no还是almost not，请指教，谢谢!

两个都是，还有almost none 也是，区别在于一个用于修饰名词，一个修饰形容词

There is almost no food left on the table.

She is almost not as careful as her friend is. 注：Almost not真的很少见，因为加一个否定词后，思维上要拐一道弯，理解比较麻烦

Almost none of us can solve the problem.
