This is the first/second...time that...的变体

常常见到 This is the first/second……time that sb has done sth. 这是谁第一/二……次做某事。那么我们要表达“这是谁第一/二……次可以/愿意/可能/允许……做某事”该如何表达？

你是不是要表达“事情并没有发生”？因为你这个中文里看不出是动作的时间来。

如果是，则：

This is the first time I will be doing...

This is the first time I will be allowed to...

This is 也可以用This will/might/ be等等各种形式

This is the second time that I have been able to do it.

This is the second time that I have been willing to do it.

This is the second time that I have had the chance to do it.

This is the second time that I have been allowed to do it.
