一般现在时<<剑桥中级英语语法>>定义:

We use present simple to say that something happens all the time or repeatedly, or something is true in general.

以上3句应该属于something is true （客观事实）  还是 something happens all the time or repeatedly (经常发生的或习惯性的动作) ? 

我想按语法概念结合教材(就以上3句)举例，但怕概念理解错误，还请老师帮忙解答。
