用英语说“一年半时间”，可说成 a year and a half 或 one and a half years，通常无需在后面再加 time 的。如：

It took me one and a half years to do it. 做这事花了一年半的时间。

She was fully prepared after a year and half. 一年半后，她作好了充分准备。

One and a half years have passed since we met last. 自从我们上次见面一年半时间过去了。

如果一定要加上 time 一词，也不是不可以。就你给的四个选项来说，只能选 C，a year and a half of time。类似的表达是：three years of time, two weeks of time, six months of time 等。
