(1) 不合逻辑的否定句：I wonder if we can not get any more.

是否可以去掉not而含义不变？ 即I wonder if we can not get any more = I wonder if we can get any more

(2) 否定疑问句：What nonsense would he not talk ! 

not可否放到前面变为 What nonsense would not he talk ! 或缩写为 What nonsense wouldn't he talk ! 可否？

(3) 感叹疑问句：What would I not have given to be able to say the rules without a mistake !

赵振才书上说，这类感叹疑问句中的否定词not必须采用缩约形式n't， 但为什么上句would I not分开了而且没有缩约写成wouldn't呢？

(4) 上述 (2)否定疑问句 和 (3)感叹疑问句 其实是一类相同的问句吗？我很迷惑，混淆不清。
