这里对have time doing稍作一点补充:

1. have a hard (terrible/tough/bad/difficult...) time doing

He had a hard time squeezing through the crowd to get up to the platform.

2. have a good (great/pleasant/wonderful/lovely...) time doing

I had a good time riding along the riverbank.

But I had a great time talking with you. (COCA)

1. have some time to do sth

You must have some time to rest after the journey. —

I'd have some time to familiarize myself with the store.

2. have some time doing sth

意思是“做某事费劲或费周折”(联想:have a hard time doing sth之类的表达)。如:

I had some time trying to get the children to go to bed.

We had some time recruiting substitute teachers.

You have some time getting to know each other.
