在使役动词用法中过去分词可以提到宾语前面吗

主语+使动词+宾语+过去分词

这个使动结构中，宾语不是代词，是否过去分词前后都可以放了？（类似 switch on 那种）


The signal light has the train stopped.

The signal light has stopped the train.

The signal light has stopped the train. 现在完成时。
