一个及物动词接宾语从句，或在某个句式中，在该动词前后加上一个介词短语，表示这个动作的“目的、对象、方式” 等，作状语。这是再正常不过的语言现象了。例如：

He said (to us) that...

Tom complained (to them) that...

We suggested (to the committee) that...

She agreed (with her parents and brothers) that it would be... 

It seemed (to me) that...

(To me) it seemed that...

网友不要局限于agree 的这个用法。

(1)agree sth with sb,如果sth为that从句，必须要把that从句放在后面，即agree with sb that 从句.

I agree with you that the open system is by far the best. 
我同意你的观点，开放的系统是目前最好的。

备注：that从句为agree宾语，with you 为状语。

(2)类似于say sth to sb，如果sth为that从句，必须要把that从句放在后面，即say to sb that 从句.

She said to me that she was very impressed. 
她对我说她被深深打动了。

备注：that从句为said宾语,to me 为状语。
