虚拟语气的倒装问题
老师说，当虚拟语气中的条件状语从句的谓语部分含有助动词were, should, had时，通常可省略连词if，而将were, should, had移到句首。如：
Had I been informed earlier, I could have done something. 如果早一点通知我，我还可能做一点什么。
Had I not seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. 要不是我亲眼所见，我都不会相信了。
但是，我在一本书看到这样一句：
Had I the time, I would go. 如有时间我就去。
这句中的had明显不是助动词啊，怎么也可以提前呢？

1. had用作助动词
Had I been informed earlier, I could have done something. 如果早一点通知我，我还可能做一点什么。
Had some work been done, energy would have been applied. 如果做了一定量的功，就一定消耗了能量。
Had you obeyed orders this disaster would not have happened. 要是你当时服从了命令，这场灾难就不会发生了。
He would have sold the property long ago had it not been entailed. 这些财产若非限定继承的话，他早就卖掉了。
Had the management acted sooner, the strike wouldn’t have happened. 如果资方早些采取行动，就不会发生罢工了。
2. had用作实义动词
Had they time, they would come to see you. (=If they had time…) 如果他们有时间，他们就会来看你。——摘自《薄冰英语语法》
