Few would argue…

Few would argue that this team has experience and proven ability.

1. few would argue

We produced the best soccer of the tournament. Nobody would argue with that.

Few would argue that this team has experience and proven ability.

argue for/in favor of 表示支持某观点,argue against 表示反对某观点。

2 [intransitive, transitive] to state, giving clear reasons, that something is true, should be done etc

argue that

Croft argued that a date should be set for the withdrawal of troops.

It could be argued that a dam might actually increase the risk of flooding.

few would argue that...

Few would argue that this team has experience and proven ability.

请体会few would argue that结构中,few would argue的含义:

Few would argue that soda is nutritious, and there is a body of evidence showing a high correlation between rising obesity in the United States over the past 30 years and a parallel rise in the consumption of sugar-sweetened drinks.

Few would argue that a teacher who has sexually assaulted a child or a stockbroker convicted of swindling investors should be allowed to continue in those professions.

" Clearly milk is better for you than an empty calorie beverage, " says Roy Warren, Bravo's chief executive officer. " As we have to put some calories or artificial sweeteners or fat in it to make it taste good, we know we're dealing with a product that's good for them. " # Few would argue that Americans eat a nutritionally balanced diet. Neither children nor adults get enough vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, potassium or fiber. Adults also need more of vitamins A and C, according to the scientific panel that drew up the government's new dietary guidelines.
