I am starting to do sth.
The economy is starting to climb out of recession.
I'm starting to think the oversight was intentional.
The presidency is beginning to appear a political irrelevance.

knock--------is knocking on his door 表反复
arrive-------- is arriving 即将来
open --------is opening the door
explode -----is exploding (指一颗炸弹爆炸肯定不行,指知识爆炸肯定可以)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
start ---------is starting
be starting to do
It's starting to rain.
He is starting to sit.
I am starting to feel tired. 自身刚开始觉得累;
Researchers are just starting to look at the problem.
I am starting to like him.
