我觉得四个句子都不妥。

句首的unsave places，我觉得是句子的theme，而不是目的地或方向。

所以这个句子要么改为：

As for/to unsafe places, it is better not to ask children to go there.

或者改为：

It is better not to ask children to go to unsafe places.

改正办法见句2。go to 中的to 是介词，没有宾语或逻辑宾语的介词，视为被架空。
