continue是延续性动词还是瞬间动词

continue可以是延续性非终结性动词，也可以是非延续性终结动词。例如《牛津》以下不同释义：

// to keep existing or happening without stopping

// to start or start something again after stopping for a time

该句用现在完成时，为非延续性终结动词用法。意思是中国人民在停顿了一段时间（可能是文革的影响）又开始在社会主义建设的道路上全速前进。
