各位朋友， flow 和后面of refugees是怎样的语法关系呢？
1.of所有格的逻辑上的主谓关系，如果是这样，为什么这里可以使用an呢？我日常中of所有格构成的关系，不定冠词 a an是不可以使用在主谓关系中的，而是动宾关系。
2.表
示 由refugees构成的flow，即of表示【PREP （表示材料或成分）由…制成（或组成）的 】。

这是一个名词词组。词语之间的关系是：
